In case you hadn't heard, the Morning Banana Diet is the hottest new diet since, well yesterday. It seems that the public at large is dying to learn more about this new diet as people are talking about it on blogs, social networks, and forums.

So, what is the Morning Banana Diet?
As you might have guessed, you simply eat a banana and drink a glass of water for breakfast.

Does the Morning Banana Diet work?
Apparently some Japanese actress lost 26 pounds on the diet which is probably the reason so many people are trying it now. A few people across the internet have reported positive results and lost weight, but its hard to rate how effective it is at as a weight loss treatment.

Should I try the Morning Banana Diet?
The cool thing about this diet is that involves two things that are super healthy for you anyways, bananas and water. A number of different weight loss programs advocate drinking water in the morning to flush out accumulated toxins and bananas are quite good for you as well.

Therefore, if you want to lose weight, I don't see why you shouldn't give the Morning Banana Diet a shot. It won,t cost you much money and even if you don't end up shedding any pounds, you'll still be reaping the heath benefits of consuming banana and water.
